Sam: Now remember, people, don't try looking us up in the phone book. And if Mr. Kincaid answers the phone, don't say anything about our eBay auctions. You got it? I'm reading that off the card they've got taped up to the wall here. Personally, I think the whole store's gone crazy. They're all working furiously trying to find stuff to sell on eBay to raise money for some project of Harold's. Well, I've got something to sell, too.
Jonah: Whatcha doing, Samantha?
Sam: Nothing, I'm just, uh...surfing the web.
Jonah: Not! You're definitely up to something. What's with all these flyers?
Sam: Give me those! Ok, fine, so I'm helping raise money for Harold's thing.
Jonah: What are you trying to sell?
Sam: Some of the coolest, best, most colorful selections from my...rave flyer collection!
Jonah: Ha! Are you totally nuts? That's some shit I'd expect from Bill or Ted, but not you, Samantha. I could walk down the street to some record shop right now and pick a whole handful up...for free!
Sam: You moron, these are rare, hard to find flyers, from like, as far back as 1996. How are you going to find those? And look at them, most of them are super-big, like this one, for Pleazure's 1998 party in Atlanta, Riddle of the Sphinx, which was 11" X 17", or this one, from Whistle 3 in New Jersey - it unfolds to 11 1/2" X 33"! They're huge!
Jonah: Whatever. Were you rolling when you came up with this plan?
Sam: No! I'm telling, you Jonah, some people collect rave flyers. And one hundred - that's a huge number to get all at one time, especially since they're all in near mint condition, full-color, and they all have crazy cool graphics!
Jonah: What makes them so special?
Sam: All kinds of reasons! Some unfold to poster sizes, some have awesome lineups, some are shaped funny or have other funky gimmicks. I've got three with scratch-n-sniff stickers on them, from Flavor parties, this series of some of the biggest events in the Southeast! Look at this one, it's called Pimpin' Ain't Easy, and it's in the shape of a 40-oz bottle!
Jonah: Ok, Sam, knock yourself out. But break time's almost up, Stanley just left, and I'm alone out here. C-ya.
Sam: Ok, peeps, ya gotta help me teach a lesson about PLUR to Mr. I'm-A-Big-Know-It-All. I know you'll enjoy these flyers as much as I have. 100 flyers, all different, all of them super-cool and crazy collectible. So start bidding! Peace!
